Vertical Screen is a LEED™ Platinum office building located in Warminster, PA.  Sustainable features of the building will include a geothermal water source heat pump system with under floor air distribution (UFAD) system, rain water harvesting for toilet flushing, daylight harvesting, energy efficient lighting and occupancy control for lighting and ventilation.  An integrated thin film solar photovoltaic roofing material produces a large quantity of the energy needed operate this office building.
